Many Amazon services have been restored, but we continue to monitor them as vPPO is still functioning slower than normal. We will continue to monitor the situation and update this page when the system is fully restored.

Amazon is slowly restoring the web services that vPPO utilizes. vPPO is now accessible but the system will be very slow until all of the Amazon Web Services have been fully restored. We will continue to monitor the situation and update this page when the system is fully restored.

Unfortunately, the vPPO unresponsive issue has been identified to be due to an Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage. Once AWS restores the services, vPPO will be back up and running. We currently do not have an eta on when the services will be restored. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience during this time.

Update
AWS is currently investigating increased error rates for their CloudWatch Logs APIs which vPPO uses which may be causing the unresponsive issues with vPPO.

We are working to resolve the issue with vPPO where it is logging users out of vPPO and not letting you back in.
